How the Talent Development Programs work

Our Talent Development Programs provide a sustainable solution. We identify talent early, even while they are still studying, and ensure they are ready to contribute from day one. We carefully select candidates, train them through accredited programs, and support them intensively with coaching and peer sessions. This way, you bring in young talent that delivers immediate value, grows into a fully capable professional, and develops alongside your organization.

Choose from four programs

The content of our programs always aligns with your needs. Choose from four options:

  • Industry specific, tailored to fields such as engineering, business operations, IT, spatial planning, and the social domain
  • Role specific, focused on positions such as project manager, data analyst, or engineer
  • Talent specific, customized based on the individual’s profile and growth potential
  • Client specific, fully tailored to your culture, processes, and objectives

What you can expect

A YER Talent Development Program lasts 24 months and combines working at a leading organization with a strong development program. Programs start each year in February, May, and September, always on the first day of the month. Other start dates can be arranged in advance. Throughout the year, candidates receive personal guidance from a certified coach, along with regular evaluations. Each program concludes with a diploma that clearly demonstrates development, also for future career steps.
