How secondment works

Choose the model that fits your organization

There are three different contract types. The terms for each are agreed in advance. We also regularly evaluate the candidate’s progress. This ensures clarity upfront, control throughout, and no miscommunication.

Secondment
You hire a professional temporarily who is employed by YER. After the agreed period, you can end the collaboration, extend it, or hire the professional directly.

Temp to perm
A seconded professional transitions into a permanent position with your organization after a pre agreed period. Together, we define the duration of this arrangement.

Freelance
YER connects you with independent professionals and freelancers. With a fully compliant model agreement, so there are no concerns about false self employment.
