In this role, you will own the full supplier relationship and play a pivotal part in shaping supplier strategy for the future.
As a Supplier Account Lead, you are the driving force behind these relationships—building trust, enabling long‑term collaboration, and ensuring that suppliers deliver the quality, technology, logistics performance, costs and sustainability needed to keep ASML at the forefront of the semiconductor industry. What you'll do:
- Build and lead global, long‑term partnerships with electronic component manufacturers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for both the supplier and ASML’s internal teams.
- Translate ASML’s strategic needs into clear, actionable supplier roadmaps covering quality, logistics, technology and costs.
- Drive commercial negotiations, contract management and long‑term agreements.
- Lead critical escalations and ensure strong cross‑functional stakeholder alignment.
- Orchestrate review meetings, manage communication plans and secure structural collaboration.
- Support new product introductions early in the lifecycle and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.

Temporary position till the end of this year. Freelance-construction is not an option but freelancers are invited to apply if they want to do this assignment as a contractor. You will work at ASML via YER as a contractor. Max. salary: 100k/year (all-in)
What you bring:
- A technical background (e.g., Industrial Engineering or similar).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement, purchasing or supplier management within a high‑tech environment.
- Strong account management capability and experience working with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication, relationship‑building, analytical and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, connect and drive results.
