In this role, you will play a key part in supporting intern recruitment for the D&E department while ensuring smooth HR operations and data‑driven process excellence.
In this position you will support interns recruitment for D&E department.
- Performs general operational tasks and performs standardized quality checks. Work is governed by a large variety of procedures and routines.
- Assists in implementation of new processes; troubleshoots and resolves operational issues. Collaborates across teams to ensure structural improvement and/or expectation management is in place.
- Is responsible for own KPI delivery, and contributes to team KPIs, performs deep-dives and takes action to drive results if KPI is off-track. Reports out of team KPI's towards internal stakeholders.
- Is in contact with different stakeholders and acts on their demands and expectations, understanding their underlying need.
- Navigates all relevant systems/processes for transactions or question handling independently. Understands and is able to work within the full scope of the system/process. Supports less senior colleagues.
