Role and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced (Employer) Brand Manager to join our Communications department for the duration of 6 months. In this role you will be a member of the Brand & Digital Team. You will be a key advisor to the Head of Brand Activation and will be co-responsible for the development and delivery of activation plans which support the ASML global (employer) brand and communication programs.
You will contribute to the global brand strategy roadmap and execution to drive global brand and business growth, reputation, and loyalty. You will work in collaboration with the global brand team, the Communications teams and members of the Global Talent Acquisition Team.
You will develop and bring to life global programs and campaigns strategies, creating global guidance, enabling, and ensuring their implementation across all our key regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop and implement the global brand program focused on People & Culture to enhance ASML's reputation as an employer of choice, aligned with our objectives and values.
- Lead the global CRM strategy and ensure localized guidance.
- Support the Head of Brand Activation with setting priorities of ASML employer brand investments, generating support for them by showing tangible business benefits.
- Contribute to the brand activation roadmap and agenda, including definition, creation and execution of effective strategic programs and campaigns.
- Support and deploy global branding priorities by developing and deploying activation strategies
- Support and deploy the activation of the ASML People promise (a.k.a. employer value proposition) and strategic Talent Acquisition programs strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional & Governance Coordination Manager to ensure (employer) brand consistency across all regions.
- Consult regional brand teams on brand localization, campaigns and guidelines.
- Briefing and leading projects with agencies.
- Collaborate with the global brand functions as well as the regional branding teams to drive coherent and scalable global program strategies across regions and touchpoints.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, Communications, or Marketing, or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of proven experience in (employer) brand within a global multinational context.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in data and analytics, with a strong ability to derive insights.
- This is a full-time position (32-40 hours per week).
- Start date: 1-4-26
- Duration: 6 months
- Hours per week: 40 preferred. 32 open to discuss.
- Days in the office: two
- Salary range: € 7500 - € 8000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
