System Test Engineer in the High Tech Industrie
As a System Tester, you play a key role in the final phase of high-tech machine development projects. You are the last checkpoint before complex modules and complete systems are released for delivery to customers. With your technical insight, analytical mindset, and strong focus on quality, you ensure that every system performs optimally and meets the required standards.
From the assembly facility in the Eindhoven region, you will be responsible for:
- Performing functional and system tests on complex machines and end modules
- Verifying performance, specifications, and safety according to customer and product requirements
- Documenting, analyzing, and reporting test results and deviations
- Independently troubleshooting and performing root cause analyses on mechanical, electrical, software, and process levels
- Collaborating with engineers, assembly, and project teams to reduce issues and implement structural solutions
- Identifying and driving improvements in design, assembly, test methods, and processes, including Lean initiatives

- Salary: €3500-€4600
- 25 vacation days plus possible additional ADV days
- 8.33% holiday allowance

- Overtime compensation: paid out in salary or time off in lieu
- Intensive and personal guidance / coaching
- 3–5 years of experience at mbo+/Bachelor (hbo) level in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a similar field
- Experience with testing and commissioning high-tech systems is a strong plus
- Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and embedded software (software knowledge is essential)
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude
- Able to work in a structured way under pressure in a dynamic environment
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
