In a state-of-the-art dock hall and fully equipped workshops, you will work on superyachts up to 160 meters, both new builds and refits. As part of the Refit & Services team, you will be involved in maintenance, inspections, modifications, and renovations
As a Refit Electrical Technician, you are responsible for the advanced electrical systems on board superyachts. Your tasks include installing complex systems, such as AV/IT, navigation, and communication equipment, and efficiently routing cables throughout the vessel. You will perform inspections and electrical testing, as well as modify and adapt existing installations, including lighting, AV/IT systems, and onboard communication. You work independently, think in solutions rather than problems, and ensure all technical work meets the highest standards.
The organization operates within the high-end yacht building sector and is renowned for delivering technically sophisticated, custom-built superyachts. The Refit & Services department, with approximately 65 employees, supports owners, captains, and crews with maintenance, repairs, and refit projects. Projects are executed according to the highest quality standards, combining innovation and craftsmanship in an international, professional environment where teamwork and client focus are essential.
- Salary range: €2,800 to €4,000, depending on experience.
- One-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
- 40 days off per year for full-time employees (27 vacation days + 13 ADV days).
- 8% holiday allowance plus a guaranteed 2.75% top-up until 2027.
- Annual profit-sharing (conditional).

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commuting.

- Completed MBO level 2 or 3 in electrical installation, maritime officer, mechatronics, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of relevant electrical experience in yacht or shipbuilding.
- Knowledge of AV/IT systems, navigation and communication systems, and marine electronics.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with relevant working methods and tools.
- Broad material knowledge and ability to interpret complex drawings and schematics.
- Independent, responsible, and flexible.
- Ambitious and willing to grow with technical challenges and projects.
