Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking for a role where technology, precision, and continuous improvement come together? In this manufacturing‑driven position, you play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and ensuring stable and efficient operations within a high‑tech environment in Eindhoven.
You work daily with operators, team leads, troubleshooting experts, quality engineers, supply chain, and development teams. Your main goal: create predictable, reliable, and high‑quality manufacturing output.
Key responsibilities include:
- Improving, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing processes
- Creating and updating work instructions, tooling documentation, and process standards
- Supporting operators and troubleshooters with technical guidance
- Leading root cause analyses (DEFOA/MOA) and implementing structural solutions through 8D, FMEA, SPC
- Increasing efficiency, throughput, and first‑time‑right performance
- Supporting product and process changes via Life Cycle Management (LCM)
- Executing small improvement projects to enhance quality and reduce downtime

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in a high‑tech manufacturing environment
Skills & Competence:
- Experience with manufacturing processes, documentation, and shop‑floor support
- Familiarity with 8D, FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or similar methodologies
- Experience with SAP (MES), Windchill, or comparable systems is a plus
- Hands‑on, accurate, and process‑driven
- Strong communication skills with both operators and engineering teams
- Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
