YER Tech Solutions is the newest consultancy initiative within YER — recently established and full of ambition. Based in Unicorn Factory Lisbon, right in the heart of the AI Hub, we are building a vibrant, international community of engineers who work remotely on innovative projects for leading tech clients in the Netherlands. As events, innovation, and collaboration flourish around us, this role places you at the center of a dynamic ecosystem where you will help shape our growth from the very first moment.
As Talent Acquisition & Community Manager, you play a crucial role in scaling this newly established consultancy. You will not only recruit the engineers who form the backbone of our projects, but you will also help build the foundation of our culture and community in Lisbon. It is a unique combination of Talent Acquisition, HR/Office Management, and Community Engagement, designed for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
Your Responsiblities Include
Talent Acquisition
- Identifying, attracting, and selecting engineering talent across Europe
- Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process
- Building long-term relationships with engineering professionals
- Acting as an ambassador for YER Tech Solutions
HR & Office Management
- Preparing employment contracts in line with Portuguese labor legislation
- Coordinating smooth HR processes for all engineers you hire
- Managing office operations within the Unicorn Factory AI Hub
- Ensuring that the work environment is welcoming, supportive, and well-organized
Community Management & Events
- Engaging with the AI Hub’s strong and dynamic community
- Organizing and attending events, meetups, and networking activities
- Strengthening the visibility and presence of YER within the Unicorn Factory ecosystem

Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting IT/tech professionals
- Knowledge of and experience with HR processes, including Portuguese labor legislation and contract preparation
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — a natural connector
- Organized, energetic, and community‑minded
- Comfortable working independently in a growing and evolving organization
