- Receiving goods and checking packing slips and other accompanying documents
- Actively contributing to an optimal physical flow of goods, focusing on quality, reliability, speed, and efficiency
- Participating in stock counts (stock audits)
- Order picking in the warehouses and delivering the correct goods to the appropriate production department on time according to the schedule
- Performing first-line quality checks and recording (quantities and visual inspections)
- Carrying out packing and unpacking tasks
- Delivering missing items based on lists of missing pick items
- Safely and certified operation of internal transport equipment (e.g., forklifts)
- Handling outgoing goods flows and parts and service shipments
- Actively participating in improvement processes (continuous improvement)
- Storing goods in the correct warehouse locations
- Maintaining and recording claims
- Shipping freight, truck, and container shipments
- The Boxmeer site in the Netherlands is a key location for Marel, particularly for its poultry division, and plays a major role in the development, manufacturing, and global distribution of high‑tech processing solutions.
- This site includes R&D facilities, production areas, demonstration centers, and advanced warehouses that support logistics and global supply chains
- Location: Marel, Boxmeer
- Shifts: Monday–Thursday (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00, alternating weeks), Friday (06:00–12:00 & 12:00–18:00)
- Shift Allowance: 20%
- Salary range 3000 - 3500 euro based on 40 hours

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Completed vocational training at MBO level (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant warehouse experience is an advantage (working with wms & warehouse scanning)
- Knowledge of logistics processes and proficiency in English is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping documents and other logistical accompanying documents is a plus
- Possession of a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Experience working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary organization is an advantage
