As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in improving and maintaining production processes within the manufacturing department. Your responsibilities include:
- Defining, implementing, and leading projects to optimize production flow, reducing lead time, costs, and improving quality
- Analyzing performance data using Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control
- Exploring and executing Industry 4.0 initiatives for a low-volume, high-configuration factory
- Validating and releasing new processes
- Supporting New Product Introductions through early involvement and collaboration
- Writing and maintaining work instructions
- Leading escalations and implementing product changes via Life Cycle Management
- Conducting root cause analysis for defects and missing parts
- Acting as an expert during audits and supporting process validation
You will work closely with operations, quality, and development teams to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Competitive salary: €4.000 - €6.000 gross per month, depending on experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechatronics, or similar
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering within a high-tech industry
- Hands-on mentality with strong documentation and accuracy skills
- Experience with SAP (MES) and Windchill preferred
- Basic knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) and IT systems
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA) and tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven
