This position focuses on driving commercial growth within the superyacht sector while combining strong technical insight with strategic sales responsibilities. You guide clients from first contact through to handover to the project team.
As a Sales Manager you are the main point of contact for both existing and new clients within the yacht-building market. You handle newbuild and refit requests, manage the entire quotation process and ensure the proposal fully aligns with client expectations. Working closely with engineering, project management, procurement, service and calculation departments, you translate customer needs into a conceptual design which forms the basis for technical specifications, cost estimation and commercial proposals. You promote commercial growth, prepare presentations, sales analyses and strategic plans, identify new opportunities and represent the organisation at trade fairs and networking events. After securing a project, you ensure smooth transfer of all sales documentation to the project team. You also initiate improvement proposals that strengthen competitive positioning.
You will join a leading electrical system integrator in the Dutch superyacht industry, active across the full lifecycle of onboard systems from power distribution to advanced technological experiences. - Possession of a category B driving licence
- Strong command of Dutch and English in spoken and written form
