This position focuses on engineering electrical installations for service and refit activities on board superyachts. You will play a key role in preparing, improving and replacing systems so that technicians can carry out their work effectively.
You will execute engineering tasks for electrical installations, investigate and adjust existing systems on board and completely replace installations when required. You prepare projects technically and ensure that all documentation is ready for execution. Since many systems come from third party suppliers, you gather and interpret information regarding I O, serial data and connection details to resolve uncertainties and process everything correctly. You also contribute to the aftercare phase to ensure projects are completed to a high technical standard.
You will be working within one of the largest electrical system integrators in the Dutch superyacht industry. The service, refit and maintenance department operates in both the Netherlands and Spain and handles service work on in house systems as well as systems from external parties. The team works on complex and prestigious yachts, supporting clients throughout Europe.
