You are responsible for the full technical realization of superyacht projects, leading the engineering team from functional design to commissioning and delivery. You ensure that all systems meet technical requirements, regulations, and client expectations
In this position, you lead and coordinate the engineering team throughout the entire project lifecycle. You oversee the design, validation, integration, and commissioning of systems delivered by the company as well as third-party systems on board superyachts. You ensure timely and correct engineering deliverables, review the technical output, monitor progress, manage changes, and secure compliance with regulations and customer requirements. You also guide the creation of commissioning protocols and support aftercare activities. Close collaboration with specialists in panel building, automation, lighting, and AV/IT is an essential part of the role. You report operationally to the Project Manager and hierarchically to the Engineering Manager.
You will join one of the largest electrical system integrators in the Dutch superyacht industry.
