As a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer, you build the backbone of our GenAI and agentic ecosystems: from clean, reusable services to production-ready AI workflows that scale across the organisation. You work end-to-end, you take ownership, and you help set the engineering standards that others will follow.

Your role
In a multidisciplinary, high-trust engineering environment, you will:
- Design, build and deploy responsible, scalable and cost-efficient GenAI solutions for millions of customers.
- Create reusable building blocks that accelerate 100+ engineering teams.
- Develop Python-based microservices, automation tools and agent-orchestration workflows.
- Shape cloud-native AI architectures using Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, AKS, Functions, API Gateways and more.
- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub / Azure DevOps / Terraform / Bicep) that automate everything from provisioning to deployment.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product and Business teams to turn complex challenges into elegant, production-ready solutions.
- Pair-program, mentor teammates and actively lift the engineering craft of the organisation.
This is mostly greenfield work. Minimal legacy. Maximum impact.

Your skill set
5+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, ML Engineering or Data Science.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI (GenAI, agentic workflows) into production.
- Cloud expertise: Azure preferred (AWS/GCP also welcome).
- Strong Python skills for automation, APIs and model integration.
- Experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Experience with RAG, vector databases and retrieval orchestration.
- Skilled with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS ideal).
- Understanding of API gateways (Kong, Istio) and service mesh patterns.
- Strong security, observability and compliance awareness.
- Strong communicator and natural mentor.
- Experience with SCRUM or Kanban.
