The HR Partner is a trusted advisor who partners closely with people managers to drive the implementation of the people strategy at a regional/country level. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on delivery support to more senior employees.
Strategic Partnership to Business Leaders
- Partner strategically with mostly B-3 managers to advise on team dev't, talent topics, and people-related decisions
- Implement people strategy in the region, and identify HR trends within the country and escalate strategic needs to the Regional HRPs and Global HRBPs
- Act as a sounding board to people leaders, contributing to business planning from an HR lens where relevant
Operational HR support to Employees
- Support other people partners in the region as expert HRP on providing solutions for their employee support base,
- Deliver tier 2 support on day-to-day HR topics (e.g., performance development, onboarding, job changes, policies) for more senior employees and on more complex cases that require unique solutions
- Support communication and execution of local HR programs and engagement initiatives
HR Effectiveness
- Ensure consistency and quality of HR service delivery within the country/region
- Collaborate with other HRPs to implement standard HR practices
- Be pro-active in identifying key changes to policies, and work together with functions to develop and implement these policies
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance in all HR activities, using systems and local tools
Leadership
Be a functional team lead of less senior HRPs as foreman or project lead (not line manager)
Support complexity
- Support mgrs across select domains (i.e. country/ region predominantly focusing on 1 or 2 domains) – requiring interaction with fewer Global stakeholders
- Support mgrs. across a country or region of smaller countries with limited complexity

As an HR Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a company that’s evolving rapidly and investing in its future.
This is a full-time position for a period of 6 months. In return, you will receive:
- A gross monthly salary between €4,936 and €6,911 (based on full-time), depending on your knowledge and experience, including 8.33% holiday allowance
- 25 vacation days (based on a full-time contract)
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer or full reimbursement of public transport costs
- A solid pension scheme
- Possibility to work hybrid, including a home office allowance of €2.35 per day
- Working in an international, innovative organization
- A dynamic HR environment with plenty of room for personal contribution
To be successful in this role, you bring strong business partnering skills and the ability to align HR with strategic goals. You have proven experience in organizational change, restructuring, and supporting transitions. You know how to bring structure to complex and evolving situations, and you have a proactive mindset that allows you to identify and act on opportunities.
Additional requirements:
- Bachelor-level working and thinking capacity
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a broad HR role within a changing environment
- Experience in a dynamic, international organization
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Sensitivity to different interests within a matrix organization
- Independent and self-starting, while also a collaborative team player
- Hands-on mentality and resilience in a fast-paced environment
