Vacancy for a Lead Engineer!
We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join the Product Solutions team. In this role, you will take the lead in the technical execution of projects — from design and analysis to production preparation and quality assurance — ensuring that all engineering deliverables are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all relevant standards.
As a Lead Engineer, you’ll serve as a key link between Project Management, Design Engineers, Simulation Engineers, and external stakeholders such as clients and suppliers. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Manager on complex or strategic decisions while independently managing the technical aspects of your projects.

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in an engineering or technical project environment.
- Proficiency with design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Vault.
- Familiarity with fabrication methods, engineering documentation, and project coordination.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, piping, or structural design principles.
Mindset & Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Capable of working independently and leading small technical teams (1–5 engineers).
- Team player with leadership potential and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
