Vacancy for a Sales Engineer!
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join the Product Solutions team. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong customer relationships and translating technical requirements into effective commercial solutions. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive proposals, contributing to winning new projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Product Solutions Director, engineering teams, and international clients. You’ll join a dynamic environment that values technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset.

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, preferably with an affinity for sales.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Engineer, ideally within a structural steel or mechanical manufacturing environment (sales experience not required).
Technical Skills
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and workshop standards.
- Competence in performing initial sizing calculations for technical products.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus.

- Combines strong commercial awareness with solid technical insight.
- Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
