Your work won’t stay in a lab; you will design, implement, and deploy AI systems that drive real-world impact across industries such as semiconductors, energy, banking, healthcare, and high-tech.
With guidance from the Lead AI Architect & your fellow engineering team-members, you help bring enterprise AI and autonomous workflows to life, combining Python engineering, MLOps, DevOps, and GPU-accelerated AI tooling into production-ready solutions.

👩💻 What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and deploy AI agents and workflows using Python, LangChain, LLM orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Engineer robust MLOps pipelines with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and DevSecOps best practices.
- Work in GPU-accelerated environments and leverage AI-specific tools such as NVIDIA Triton, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
- Collaborate with domain experts and global engineering teams to design adaptive, data-driven AI behavior.
- Implement structured, auditable data flows powering AI models across multiple enterprise clients.
- Contribute to open-source projects, continuous learning, and agile experimentation in AI systems.
🧠 What You Bring
- Medior profile: 3–7 years experience in AI software engineering, MLOps, or data engineering.
- Senior profile: 7+ years experience, capable of driving enterprise-level AI projects end-to-end.
- Strong Python expertise and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Experience with GPU-accelerated AI environments and tools like NVIDIA Triton, Kubeflow, MLflow.
- Hands-on experience in MLOps, CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- T-shaped skillset: deep expertise in AI/ML engineering plus ability to collaborate across infrastructure, DevOps, and data domains.
- Open-source mindset: curiosity for cutting-edge frameworks and community-driven tools.
- Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and global clients.
