  • Ensure compliance with Class and Flag regulations as well as internal specifications.
  • Perform technical assessments to ensure manufacturability and feasibility.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, proposing practical solutions.

A leading yacht builder specializing in the design and construction of custom-built, high-performance superyachts. Known for craftsmanship, innovation, and technical excellence.

  • Competitive salary between €3,393 and €5,408, depending on experience.
  • 38 days off (25 vacation days + 13 ADV days based on full-time employment).

  • A friendly and collaborative working atmosphere.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maritime Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in engineering, preferably within shipbuilding or yacht construction.
  • Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD; knowledge of Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or Cadmatic is an advantage.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good understanding of shipbuilding production and construction processes.
  • Knowledge of hull and exterior engineering, moving equipment, and system integration.
  • Awareness of onboard systems, weight distribution, and budgeting principles.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for quality results.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between design, engineering, and production teams.
