Where will you end up?
You will join the Reporting Services team, which is responsible for designing and delivering reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with insights into performance, risks, and opportunities. The team delivers data and reporting solutions to both internal departments and external clients.
Reporting Services is part of a broader organizational unit that focuses on Sales, Marketing, Client Services, ESG, and Reporting. Within this unit, teams collaborate closely to deliver value through client-focused services, data analysis, and reporting.
The Position
As a Scrum Master, you will guide three sub-teams with varying levels of Agile maturity. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful project deliveries. Beyond coordination, your role is primarily centered on coaching: supporting teams and stakeholders in understanding and applying Agile principles, encouraging continuous improvement, and fostering Agile behaviors across the teams.
You will work closely with team members to identify growth opportunities, remove impediments, and cultivate a culture of ownership and collaboration. You’ll also facilitate communication between teams and across departments to manage dependencies effectively and ensure alignment.
Additionally, you will play an active role in supporting the rollout of an organization-wide Agile transformation. As an advocate of this framework, you will coach teams on Agile practices, ensure alignment with its principles, and help embed Agile values into day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for three sub-teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
- Support teams in improving Agile maturity and delivery performance
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration and manage interdependencies
- Monitor progress, identify risks or impediments, and take proactive action
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Actively contribute to the rollout and adoption of the organization-wide Agile framework
- Ensure alignment with Agile standards across the department
- Serve as a coach and mentor to team members and business stakeholders on Agile principles

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria are actively applied to assess investments, combined with in-depth analysis and advanced quantitative models. - A salary in the range of €4000 to €6000
- A hybrid working environment, with two flexible work-from-home days per week
- 34 days in total (25 standard vacation days + 9 ADV days)

Candidate Profile
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent), with proven experience in the role
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to constructively challenge teams and guide them towards more effective ways of working
- Experience working with teams at different levels of Agile maturity, with the flexibility to tailor coaching approaches
- Skilled in fostering collaboration and alignment across multiple sub-teams
- Confident facilitator of Scrum events with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve impediments early
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
