We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic junior contracts officer to join our Contracts, Legal and Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract management, learn from industry experts, and make a real difference enabling space exploration.
- You will collaborate with engineers, experts and other stakeholders to ensure contract requirements in your projects are met. If issues with a commercial or legal element arise, you advise and solve it.
- You design the contractual set-up and negotiate contract solutions fit to the project concerned.
- In the Commercial Contracts and Legal department, you ensure we stay current with industry trends, regulations and best practices in contract management.
- For smaller bids, you coordinate proposals within the given proposal budget and schedule.

- Salary of €4.544 based on 40 hours a week (you will work 36 hours a week)
- 60% onsite in Leiden
- You are enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges.
- You have a common-sense mindset, resulting in business savvy, creative solutions.
- You have around one to four years of relevant experience and a very strong drive to learn more.
- You have a BSc/BA or MSc/MA degree in Law, Business Management or another related discipline.
- Certificate of Good Conduct screening
- English (Dutch preferred)
