For an internationally operating company in the food industry, we are looking for an experienced Interim People Analytics Manager. Do you have experience in translating data into valuable insights and managing teams within HR Analytics? Then we are lookin

As Interim People Analytics Manager, you play a crucial role in leveraging data to support strategic HR decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various departments such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning, ensuring that valuable insights are available through dashboards and advanced analytical solutions. Additionally, you will lead a team of approximately 4 specialists and act as a true business partner to implement these insights within the organization.

Your responsibilities include

  • Translating business needs into reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Setting up and managing dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Leading a small team of People Analytics specialists and coaching them in their development.
  • Collaborating with internal clients and external partners to provide high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Ensuring privacy compliance in collaboration with legal experts.
  • Actively contributing to the further development of the People Analytics strategy and capability building within the HR function.

What we are looking for

  • A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in People Analytics or a similar role.
  • Experience leading and coaching teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
