As a Scrum Master, you will work within multidisciplinary Agile teams responsible for developing and testing the infrastructure platform for combat management systems. These teams manage the entire development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, integration, testing, validation, and product demonstrations. The infrastructure we are currently building will serve as the foundation of our products for the next 30 years.
In this role, you will apply your knowledge of Agile principles and the Scaled Scrum framework, guiding the team through these methodologies. You will act as a mentor and coach, helping the team and its members reach their full potential. As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a proactive facilitator, with the agility to adapt to changing circumstances.
At the center of our Engineering division is the software engineering department, where we specialize in developing advanced combat and information management systems for naval vessels. Our expertise includes seamless integration with sensor and weapon systems, as well as the development of cutting-edge sensor processing applications. These sophisticated systems are trusted by global partners, playing a critical role in safeguarding lives and ensuring safety for all. Our software is crucial in high-stakes operations, providing resilience and reliability when it matters most.
Within the software engineering department, particularly in the CMS (Combat Management System) infrastructure team, we are seeking an exceptional Scrum Master to join our team.

You are an experienced Scrum Master who is driven and results-oriented. You achieve success by focusing on the human side of teamwork, fostering responsibility and engagement among your team members. Your experience includes:
- Agile Methodologies: In-depth understanding of Large-Scale Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe, including roles, events, and artifacts. Proficiency in managing Scrum processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps to track progress and manage backlogs alongside the Product Owner.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sprint metrics, burndown & burnup charts, and velocity reports to enhance team performance.
- Facilitation: Skill in facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Conflict Resolution: Knowledge of techniques for resolving conflicts within teams to maintain productivity.
- Coaching: Experience in coaching and developing teams and product owners in self-organization.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for processes, decisions, and project progress.
- Backlog Management: Ensuring the Sprint Backlog is prioritized and that the team can deliver the committed work without scope creep and within the given time.
Flexibility and the ability to communicate fluently in English with various stakeholders (technical and management) are essential for this role. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT service management, or a related field is required.
