As Coordinator Health & Safety, you are responsible for initiating, monitoring and maintaining the quality systems within the company regarding Health & Safety. You take initiatives to optimize these quality systems according to the high-quality standards. You closely monitor risks and look for continuous improvements. In this position, you will support our Dutch subsidiaries.

Responsibilities
• Management of RI&E
• Support the maintenance of cleanrooms, production and demo center in consultation with department managers
• Ensure and support safety and environmental measures
• Prevention and safety coordination
• Head of emergency response
• Support company’s ARBO policy
• Organizing and running the ISO process including conducting internal audits with the aim of yearly extending the ISO certification
• Responsible for all facility related matters; offices and logistic spaces
• Train and further develop the safety situation in consultation with the department managers.
• Serving as a trusted H&S coordinator for managers, employees, and the workers council of our entities
