Your role is to be an ambassador for the Agile and DevOps way of working within our global NXP organization. There is a lot of room for new ideas and innovations and you will be supported to have a continuous focus on development, coaching and creating a supportive environment for your team. As System Architect Analytics you will be one of the main points of contact for our internal customers regarding analytics and monitoring.

Your responsibilities
- Represent the Analytics team to multiple user groups in order to drive awareness of analytics capabilities and improve adoption
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap of Analytics in collaboration with the Product Manager and Solution Architect
- Create and maintain reference architecture documentation: design directives, standards and solution blocks
- Lead the design of analytics and monitoring solutions that will help our internal customers optimize their work
- Review work and assure adherence to standards and best practices
- Work with the team to ensure a successful execution of planned objectives

Your profile
To be successful in this role you have:
- Knowledge of and experience with IT architecture methodologies and processes (e.g. TOGAF), service management methods and processes (ITIL) and agile (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Proven track record in road mapping, technical architecture design, solution definition, project management/execution, change/risk management
- Strong expertise with Splunk (minimum 8 years)
- Splunk Architect Certification
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and event management tools
- Experience with acting between business & IT service organization, can be persuasive when required.
- Experience with automated deployment and CI/CD is a plus
Furthermore, you are:
- Driven and able to deal with ambiguity and changing environments
- Structured, analytical and have a logical mindset
- Result-oriented with strong communication skills
