Creating content for high-end lawn and garden power tools

To strengthen our EMEA marketing team, Briggs & Stratton are looking for a Content Specialist.

Reporting to the Manager Marketing & Digital, the Content Specialist plays an important role in translating the value proposition of our brands and products into content that suits our target group in the EMEA region. The role

You’ll be given the opportunity to:

  • plan, write and manage SEO-proof texts for our brand websites and social media. This includes product information, blogs, landing pages, video scripts and social media posts. With the help of our distributor network or translation services, you ensure that this content is also available in other languages.
  • create appealing visual content, such as product photography, illustrations, video or even AR. The creation can take place in-house (we have our own photo/video studio!) or in collaboration with external creative partners.
  • manage our social media channels.
  • set up advertising and lead generation campaigns, in which content is used effectively;
  • You measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of our content.

Who we’re looking for

  • You have an in-depth understanding of B2B and B2B2C marketing practices, both online and offline;
  • Handling multiple different projects, such as campaigns, independently, timely and within budget is no news to you.
  • Your show a great willingness to get the job done yet have an attention to detail.
  • You enjoy working in an international team and collaborating cross-functionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are definitely a must!
  • You have experience with Photoshop, the Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant digital marketing tools.
  • You are business fluent in English and Dutch. Additional European languages can be an advantage.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ proven work experience in the Marketing Brand & Communications environment as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
