Job Purpose:
We are looking for a product developer to contribute to our mission of enhancing vessel efficiency and sustainability. Utilize operational data and expertise to design digital solutions that support preventative maintenance and real-time engine monitoring.
Business Impact:
In the role of a product developer, you’ll take on significant responsibilities within our LeSS framework, driving the development of digital solutions that improve engine reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Your contributions will be crucial in achieving impactful results on engine performance and elevating customer satisfaction.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Proficient in programming languages (Java, Python, TypeScript), with good knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS.
- Solid experience with DevOps practices, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD).
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the creation of innovative solutions.
- Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, effective teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture and design principles.
Communication & Networking:
- Lead by example in team and cross-departmental collaboration, enhancing communication efficiency.
- Build and maintain robust relationships, driving knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.
Innovation & Change:
- Drive innovations to enhance the software development lifecycle, embracing continuous improvement and Agile methodologies.
