Quality Officer IT
- Develop and maintain the Management System of the IT Department, aligned with relevant quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with the Management System and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and employees to gather necessary information and documentation for audits.
- Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address non-compliance or process inefficiencies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive audit reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and employees on the implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of corrective actions, ensuring timely completion and sustainable improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends related to quality management systems.
- Assist in the development and delivery of quality-related training programs for IT Department employees.
- Participate in external audits or inspections, ensuring readiness and adherence to relevant standards and requirements.
- Facilitate improvements on internal IT processes
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our IT Department. The Quality Officer will be responsible for managing the Management System of the IT Department and conducting internal audits of the processes that are part of this management system. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement/coordinate corrective actions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Good working conditions
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Officer or similar role, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
- Proficient in conducting internal audits and identifying areas for improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, UN-ECE R155, ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT).
- Knowledge of IT processes and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor) and Six Sigma is a plus.
- Familiarity with auditing tools and software is desirable.
