- €50.000 - 80.000 EUR gross per year all inclusive.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in system engineering, with a strong understanding of system design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in systems engineering tools and techniques, such as requirements management, modeling, and simulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience with avionics systems, mission-critical software, or military-grade hardware is highly desirable.
- Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.
