Senior role for innovative projects
As Senior Production Engineer you are the technical point of contact for internal and external suppliers regarding to all our products. You oversee and ensure that the production process is effective and efficient. If necessary, you will make changes to th e process. You are leading technical problem analyses and all related technical (internal and external) communication. You actively participate in quality issues and reduce the internal manufacturing time.

Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical maintenance and improvement/ optimization of the assembly and manufacturing process for regular products and tooling
- Responsible for the technical set up and assurance of the assembly, manufacturing process for a (NPI) project
- Firstline support / technical troubleshooter for issues within production
- Implementation of improvement projects and procedures
- Actively maintaining supplier contacts regarding process and quality
- Coaching/training of Production people on (new) products and processes.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor education, preferably Mechatronics or WTB/ Electronics
- Experience (>7 years) in a production environment with high tech products and complex assembly processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Pro active work attitude with a constant focus on the quality and optimization of the assembly process
- Good communication and social skills
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
