The Strategy and M&A team in Apeldoorn/Wilp plays a vital role in shaping and executing Attero’s corporate and business strategies. The team focuses on organic growth, value creation through partnerships, and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
The Strategy Analyst role involves developing and analyzing strategic priorities, identifying opportunities and risks, and quantifying impacts within the Growth Project Portfolio. The analyst collaborates with Business Developers to align insights with strategic objectives, supports project execution, and contributes to high-stakes initiatives like Carbon Capture Storage.

Their dynamic team of 800 individuals focuses on transforming waste into raw materials and energy products. Attero seeks dynamic individuals with a Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Econometry, or equivalent, along with over two years of experience, preferably from consulting. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and analytical prowess, showcasing excellent financial analytical skills. Strong communication skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and a willingness to learn German are essential.
