An organization in Limburg is urgently looking for an experienced Electronics Designer
In our R&D product development projects, your main responsibility is electronics, including embedded control, printed circuit boards, motors, and sensors. You'll collaborate with colleagues from different fields, like mechanics, chemistry, and physics, who focus on ink and print head development. Together, you'll brainstorm and create innovative solutions aligned with the project goals. You'll also diagnose component failures, develop prototypes, and implement solutions. This role offers room for growth, potentially leading to roles like module responsible, electronics team leader, or system architect.
Other responsibilities in this position include:
- Evaluating electronic component malfunctions
- Constructing test setups for stress-testing electronic components
- Enhancing current electronic configurations for extended durability, encompassing testing and documentation
- Conducting analysis of failure modes in our extensive and intricate product
- Assessing and suggesting enhancements for existing service documentation as necessary
- Formulating recommendations for product diagnostic improvements
- Engaging in efficient communication and presentation within a diverse, interdisciplinary team

- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a readiness to take initiative and assume responsibility are essential.
- Keen attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in digital and analog electronics with practical experience
- A collaborative team player with a hands-on, analytical, and goal-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands
- Availability for 32-40 hours per week
