As an Account Manager, you establish and maintain relationships with clients in Germany that are engaged in composting. You are expected to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and promote the sales of Attero's compost processing solutions. Additionally, you closely collaborate with internal technical experts to provide clients with high-quality service and technical support for the aforementioned solutions.
You take the lead in investigating new business opportunities, bridging the gap between several multiple stakeholders, and ensuring commercial, technical, and financial details are accurately and realistically mapped.
Attero produces electricity, heat, and green gasses, but is convinced that there are opportunities to further contribute to the energy transition.
Additional tasks and responsibilities for the Account Manager include:
- Identifying and approaching potential customers in the compost industry in Germany
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty
- Presenting compost processing solutions to clients, taking client-specific needs into account
- Actively contributing to the development of sales strategies and achieving set targets
- Ensuring thorough follow-up on leads and quotations to increase revenue
- Participating in trade fairs and industry events to promote Attero and its products
- Staying up to date with compost industry trends, and utilizing this knowledge to effectively advise customers
- Reporting to management on the progress of sales activities and marketing trends

- A proven track record as an Account Manager in a B2B sector, preferably with experience in environmental technology, composting, or a related industry
- Willingness to travel to Germany for client visits and events
- Technical insight to understand customer needs and convey technical information
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, verbal and written
