Looking for an experienced IT migration professional. W10 => W11 + O365
What you will do
As a user service employee you use your service orientation and problem-solving abilities to provide support and advise to users within a diverse and complex automation environment. You will be part of a highly skilled user service team, which operates both remotely and onsite to solve incidents, answer questions, and processes service requests.
You are responsible for the fulfillment of the end user service request within the agreed SLA. In case you are not able to fulfill the request yourself, you involve the right disciplines to get the job done.
This position includes a diverse work package of preparing, (re-)installing, configuring, testing, delivering HW/SW and instructing to support end-users and their related IT equipment.
At the CPP user service you:
will be part of the request fulfillment team in which collaboration is key are the last point of contact for end users (hand over) from various countries (Netherlands, Germany, Romania) to get the job done!
are part of an international department in which customer orientation is key This position is based in Venlo, the Netherlands.
A good example:
Our desktops and laptops run on Windows 10, however this will move to Windows 11 including Microsoft 365 functionality. This means that each system in all our entities needs to be re-installed and upgraded to our new standard. You will process the requests and replace the hardware as well as guide our internal colleagues towards the Microsoft Cloud way off working.

What you bring
We are looking for an experienced IT professional. You collected several years of technical experience and you have a strong background in troubleshooting. Besides that, you know how to deal with challenging requests and you have a strong stakeholder management.
Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:
You have Regular studies of up to several years (MBO-level) in the field of IT.
You have a strong knowledge of office automation (e.g. Microsoft 365) and IT equipment for the end-user (e.g. laptops and mobile devices) You have a good understanding of various tools and technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and Azure Active Directory.
Demonstrable knowledge of IT Service Management in accordance with ITIL principles You have a good command of the Dutch and English language (verbally as well as written) Sufficient skills to communicate in the German language is a big plus You have a proactive and a pragmatic attitude, strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented and not afraid to express your opinion People would describe you as a team player with good communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
