In this role, you will not only shape long-term partnerships but also lead the commercial agenda, identifying, developing, and closing opportunities that generate measurable business impact.
As Senior Key Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. These are existing accounts with significant untapped potential, where your focus will be on expanding revenue, strengthening relationships, and unlocking new business opportunities across business units, functions, and geographies.
You will act as the commercial lead for your accounts, combining strategic insight with a hands-on sales approach.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Take full responsibility for revenue growth within your accounts, including quota ownership
- Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (VP to C-level)
- Develop and execute structured, long-term account plans with clear commercial objectives
- Lead the full sales cycle: from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments in global organisations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Marketing
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline
Sales cycles are typically long and complex, requiring persistence, structure, and a strong ability to create momentum and drive deals forward.
Location & travel
- Based in Denmark
- International travel required in Europe (~15–20%) for customer engagement and internal collaboration

Wat breng jij
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business, engineering or related field)
· 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or key account management
· Experience working with manufacturing customers is required
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth in large, complex accounts
· Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CEO)
· Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
