This one is about leading a complex technical operation where people, technology, productivity and customer success come together.
For BHS Corrugated, we are looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Manager who will take ownership of the on-site maintenance organization at Stora Enso De Jong Packaging Solutions in De Lier.
The challenge
The operation runs 24 hours a day, five days a week.
A team of 12 maintenance technicians, supported by two supervisors, ensures maximum availability of the production assets.
As Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you will become the key person connecting technicians, supervisors, production leadership, plant management and BHS project stakeholders.
You won't be the person turning the wrench.
You will be the person creating the conditions for success.
That means:
- Leading, coaching and developing the maintenance team
- Managing recruitment, staffing and shift planning
- Driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Creating structure, ownership and accountability
- Aligning maintenance priorities with customer requirements
- Using maintenance data and KPIs to improve performance
- Looking months ahead instead of days ahead
- Acting as the trusted technical and operational partner for the customer
