Talent Acquisition Team Lead

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services, while continuously improving processes and ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you are responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals in a structured and process-driven environment. You ensure effective execution of operational recruitment activities while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

You create a supportive and high-performing team environment, enabling your team to deliver results and develop professionally. At the same time, you balance operational excellence with stakeholder alignment and process optimization.

Your responsibilities include:

Daily Operations

• Manages day to day operational activities (20% of time) of the team and project and improvement activities related to own scope. Responsible for qualitative results of team and delivery of KPI's on top of development of employees.
• Coordinate tasks and projects within the team, with a cross function/department impact, to ensure achievement of deliverables.

People Management

• Responsible for the operational and delivery elements of people related aspects.
• Assertive on addressing issues individually and collectively within the team.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing changes as needed. Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members. Ability to analyze future implications of issues.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within Talent Acquisition, HR services, or a process-driven environment
• Experience managing teams and driving performance in an operational context
• Experience in managing resources on a day-to-day basis for own team with a cross-team impact
• Solid understanding of team's disciplines and functional area
