The new Performance & Rewards framework has been designed. The next phase is implementation.
As Interim Talent Partner – Performance Management, you will play a critical role in translating the global design into operational reality. This is not a conceptual design position; it is an implementation-focused role requiring strong execution, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership capabilities.
You will work closely with HR, HR Technology, Reward, Change Management, and business stakeholders to ensure the new approach is fully operational, technically enabled, globally consistent, locally compliant, and successfully adopted across the organization by April 2027.

Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Significant experience in global HR transformation, HR change, or people transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Performance Management, preferably with hands-on implementation experience.
- Proven track record of translating HR concepts, policies, and frameworks into operational practice.
- Demonstrated experience delivering global implementations in complex, international organizations.
- Experience working with employee representative bodies and Works Councils is highly desirable.
- Experience within technology, engineering, industrial, or similarly complex business environments is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of Performance Management frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to translate strategic design into practical, executable solutions.
- Excellent project and implementation management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR systems, policy deployment, and organizational change.
- Ability to balance global harmonization with local requirements and compliance obligations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
