Senior HR Partner

De positie

In this role, you provide both strategic and operational HR support to people leaders and senior employees across a country or region. You act as a trusted sparring partner for mainly B-2 managers, advising on team development, talent management, organizational effectiveness and people-related decisions. You translate regional people strategy into local execution, support complex HR cases, and ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery. In addition, you collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams, identify HR trends and policy needs, and may act as a functional or project lead for other HR Partners without formal line management responsibility.

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (approx. 60% onsite)
