You & your role
Drive innovation by designing, building, and validating AI applications within a complex enterprise environment. As a Senior AI Engineer, you collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to operationalize AI models and translate experimental ideas into working solutions. You will help assess technical feasibility, build prototypes, and iterate toward scalable implementations that work in practice. The role combines deep engineering expertise with experimentation, rapid prototyping, and close collaboration with product and business teams. You will operate in an environment that offers autonomy, technical depth, and visible impact. You will contribute to building next-generation GenAI capabilities and help shape how AI is adopted responsibly, efficiently, and effectively across the organization.
Practical examples
Set up and configure experiments for GenAI use cases within secure enterprise platforms
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, prompting strategies, and evaluation frameworks
- Facilitate technical workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Translate early-stage ideas into technical proof-of-concepts and prototype roadmaps
- Help engineering teams adopt modern AI engineering practices and tooling
- Assess feasibility and scalability of AI-driven business solutions
Top responsibilities
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts for GenAI use cases, ranging from RAG pipelines to agent-based architectures
- Configure and optimize LLM workflows, vector databases, and retrieval systems within cloud-native environments
- Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt testing, output validation, and solution quality assessment
- Assess technical feasibility of AI solutions and guide teams toward realistic implementation strategies
- Facilitate the technical aspects of prompting and ideation workshops with business stakeholders
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and data infrastructures
- Mentor engineers and contribute to growing AI engineering capabilities within the organization
- Contribute to technical vision, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams

Required experience
5+ years in technical roles such as software engineering, machine learning engineering, or data engineering
- Experience developing LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering and evaluation workflows
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, APIs, and modern AI tooling ecosystems
- Experience with Databricks or comparable modern data/AI platforms
- Experience with Azure AI services or similar cloud-native AI platforms
- Understanding of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, compliance, and reliability practices for AI systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working iteratively in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities
Valuable additions
Experience collaborating directly with non-technical stakeholders to define and refine AI solutions
- Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, orchestration patterns, or multi-agent systems
- Experience within regulated industries or enterprise-scale environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship production-grade AI solutions
Practical experience and proven impact are valued more strongly than formal credentials alone.
