Development & Engineering (D&E) is the largest sector in the ASML organization with approximately 14,000 employees. Engineers have a range of backgrounds including physics, electronics, mechatronics, software, mechanics, data analytics and more.
As an HR Business Partner you work closely together with employees and management and provide them with solid advice and feedback on HR topics: You drive, support and advice in the yearly HR&O cycle regarding performance management, employee development, succession management & compensation. And you contribute to realize our Global HR&O priorities, focusing on organization & change, people effectiveness & development, building a workplace that works for everyone and leadership. Next to that you provide input and feedback to (global) HR projects, representing the needs of your departments. In this exciting position you will have 4 main roles;
Strategic Partner
- Co-own clear objective setting for the business and together with the business drive people related topics.
- Help build high performing teams and strong leadership skills.
- Drive strategic workforce plans & employee development.
- Guiding, coaching and assisting line managers in solving organization, people & change related issues.
Employee Champion
- Coaching & mentoring of managers and employees where relevant.
- Enable a culture where employees can thrive.
- Inspire and empower employees to reach their full potential.
- Advocate inclusion & diversity, manage risks, ethics and safety.
- Maintain Works Council relations.
Change Agent
- Assisting in change initiatives.
- Facilitating off-site workshops & trainings.
- Collaborate with our academies to design a training curriculum to match business needs.
- Ambassador for our values; Challenge, Collaborate and Care.
Operational Expert
- Execution of our annual HR cycle.
- Support of managers in case management.
- Liaison to HR expertise functions such as People Operation, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Health Services.
- Providing business insights based on HR data & dashboards.

Wat breng jij
Education
You have a Bachelor or Master Degree for example in Human Resource Management or organizational/business studies
Experience
You have 8+ years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a strong business partner making impact.
You bring knowledge in the field of performance & development, coaching of senior leaders, change management as well as operational expertise. Having a good command of English is a must.
