Within a dynamic international organization where employee health and well-being are a top priority, we are looking for a driven Health Expert to strengthen the Health Advisory team within People Operations.
As a Health Expert, you play a central role as guide, advisor, and coach in the areas of prevention, reintegration, and work (in)capacity. You are responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal obligations and additional quality requirements related to the reintegration process. You facilitate optimal collaboration between all stakeholders involved to ensure smooth and sustainable reintegration outcomes.
In this role, you provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to managers on absenteeism cases and ensure complete and consistent case files through a range of administrative tasks. In addition, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement, development, and professionalization of health advisory services. You work closely with colleagues and support ongoing optimization of processes and service delivery.

We are looking for a professional with:
- Bachelor (hbo) level of working and thinking;
- Completed CROV (Casemanagement Regie op Verzuim) practical training;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in absenteeism case management;
- Up-to-date knowledge of social security legislation, including the WVP, Sickness Benefits Act, WIA, and Working Conditions Act;
- Strong affinity with vitality and sustainable employability;
- Experience with VerzuimSignaal (strong advantage);
- Strong spoken and written English skills due to the international environment.
