In this interactive training session, you will learn to manage your available time in a smarter way: organise your day in line with your biorhythms and balance your schedule between energy boosters and energy drainers. You will learn the elements of a good planning. In addition, you will practice making realistic estimates for your tasks, which makes a planning more achievable.
