About the job

Bridgestone is looking for a Senior Sales Trainer who infuses fun and work to ensure their industry leading sales professionals have what they need to bring Webfleet Solutions’ value-led offering directly to their customers. Key responsibilities include mentoring new salespeople, designing individual and team training courses and preparing sales enablement material. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority.

  • Empower sales with the commercial skills and knowledge and to confidently become our customers’ and prospects’ trusted advisors
  • Onboard new sales joiners effectively and challenge current sales teams to keep applying challenging sales tactics and innovative prospecting methodologies
  • Teach solution selling skills specifically aimed at Direct Sales and Enterprise sales teams
  • Drive Ongoing Team-wide Sales Enablement, Coaching & Upskilling
  • Effectively translate our sales process into a clear guide on how to become successful sales professionals

Candidate profile

  • 5+ years of Sales Training experience
  • You have been in sales yourself, so you have the foundation of hands-on selling experience
  • Experience in teaching sales methodologies, such as TAS, The Challenger Sales Model, SPIN Selling, Value Selling methodologies etc. 
  • Experience with blended learning (in-class, virtual, workshops, role-plays etc.)
  • A Strong track record in raising measurable sales effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills in English, any other EU language is an asset
  • Results driven with a can-do attitude & positive mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize your activities with minimal supervision
  • Team player
