Global Learning & Knowledge Management Architect - ASML Netherlands B.V.

For a 6 month period, you will strengthen and shape ASML’s global Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) architecture. You translate business and workforce priorities into clear architectural direction, standards, and scalable learning solutions—bringing coherence, quality, and momentum across the ASML learning ecosystem.

This role is strategic, advisory, and hands on, focused on impact rather than long term line ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine the global L&KM architecture (vision, principles, frameworks, and design guidelines).
• Translate business needs into scalable learning and knowledge solutions aligned with ASML’s global learning strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape architectural choices and long term implications.
• Ensure coherence, quality, and reuse across learning portfolios, journeys, and Academy solutions.
• Design end to end learning experiences that move beyond the classroom and meet learners in their flow of work.
• Partner with Academies, L&KM CoE, Learning Shared Services to ensure solutions can be delivered, adopted, and scaled.
• Apply evidence based learning, behavioral science, and knowledge management principles in all designs.
• Reduce fragmentation and external vendor dependency by strengthening internal design and architectural capability.
• Support global initiatives across ASML Academy domains and share architectural insight across the community.

• An agreement for 32-40 hours a week
• Salary range between 6875 and 8500 euro gross per month (depending on experience)
• 25 vacations days and 8,33% holiday allowance
