Help build the most complex machines in the world. As a System Build Technician, you are responsible for the full assembly, integration, and initial power-up phase of advanced lithography systems.
In the System Build department, you bring high-tech systems to life that are essential for the global production of microchips. Working in a multidisciplinary team, you focus on the total integration of all components into a high-functioning machine (such as an EUV scanner). You build, install, and qualify these systems according to strict specifications and challenging cycle times.
Key responsibilities:
- System Assembly: Building, installing, and aligning complex modules into a complete, functioning system.
- Commissioning: Preparing the machine for the testing phase, including power-up and initial functional initialization.
- Qualification: Testing and verifying systems to ensure they meet the highest quality standards at the micron level.
- Problem Solving: Identifying, documenting, and resolving technical challenges in collaboration with Production Engineering.
- Process Optimization: Actively contributing to the improvement of assembly processes to reduce lead times.

- Salary: A gross monthly salary between € 3,600 and € 4,500 (based on knowledge and experience).
- Shift Allowance: On top of this salary, you will receive a shift allowance for working in shifts.
- Extras: 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and an attractive bonus scheme.
- Leave: Excellent leave arrangements (e.g., 400 hours/40 days of leave for a full-time contract).
- Development: Access to extensive internal training to become a specialist in the latest technologies.
- Education: Minimum mbo 3 or 4 degree (Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or Automotive).
- Experience: Hands-on experience in high-tech production or complex machine building.
- Skills: Strong technical insight and experience with system integration.
- Languages: Good command of the English language (for procedures and documentation).
- Attitude: A proactive team player who works accurately under tight deadlines.
