The position
As part of a newly established Information Security team, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the organization. You will work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to the rollout of a unified security framework across Europe.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working within structured environments and has a strong interest in implementing, maintaining, and improving security policies, processes, and controls.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Information Security Management Framework
- Monitor relevant regulations and standards, including NIS2, GDPR, AI Act, Cybersecurity Act, and other security-related requirements
- Support the implementation of security and compliance initiatives across multiple business entities
- Maintain and enhance the organization's risk management framework
- Lead or support investigations and response activities related to security incidents and data breaches
- Assess and review the security posture of vendors, suppliers, and third parties
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for security-related questions and compliance matters
- Deliver security awareness initiatives and training programs
- Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and security documentation

About you
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Data Protection, or a similar field
- Experience working within an international or multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security management frameworks
- Familiarity with NIS2, GDPR, AI Act, NIST, CIS Controls, and related regulatory frameworks
- Experience with risk management, audits, policy development, and control implementation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, technology, consumer goods, or other operational business environments
