HR Services Professional

Our client is looking for additional support for HR Operations on a wide range of HR topics, as the HR Services Team is expanding her inhouse knowledge. We are looking for a HR Professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, flexible and young environment. Primary focus will be Belgium & Netherlands.

  • Prehire/Onboarding/changes/Offboarding;
  • HR related administrative tasks (payroll, benefits admin, contracts, offers, letters, absence, ...);
  • MyHR-portal: reply and follow-up on questions/requests raised by employees and managers;
  • Data quality of, and work with HR systems (Workday, Documentum, Concur, COIN, RAET, ...);
  • Reporting, overviews, validations
