Our traineeships, your opportunities

A YER traineeship is more than a first job. It is the way to gain hands on experience at a top organization right after your studies. A flying start to your career. You receive a permanent contract with YER and a salary at least equal to colleagues already employed by the company. It does not get better than that.

You follow an intensive program with training sessions and personal guidance from certified coaches and your own consultant. Through accredited courses, you develop step by step. This way, you grow in a structured and effective way toward a successful future.

Our programs last 24 months in the private sector and 18 or 24 months in the public sector. You begin with a kickstart and follow four learning tracks: hard skills, soft and business skills, coaching, and peer sessions. You also receive application training and complete the program with a diploma ceremony.
